Another Day Over In My Life

Just a quick review of yesterday:

4:05am - I wake up groggy but I drag myself to the gym and do my 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer while listening to a mix CD I made.

5:05am - drink my protein shake, surf internet

7am - listen to tape

7:30am - breakfast (one egg, one slice turkey bacon, one small bowl frozen fruit, 1/4 c of oatmeal

8am - get ready for work

8:40am - bitch about work to my wife until I leave

9am - arrive @ work, do paperwork

9:30am - work on payroll

9:35am - count safe / open registers

9:48am - have snack (String Cheese)

9:49am - computer work

9:53am - clean register area

10am - open store, continue cleaning

10:08 - supervisor from next door visits, we gab

10:12am - resume cleaning

10:20am - send postcards

10:24am - stock

10:30 am - first customer of the day

10:34am - stocking again

10:55am - re-arranging tables so that merchandise looks better

11:30am - adding new merchandise to wall

12pm - lunch (Lean Cuisine chicken and veggies microwave meal)

12:30pm - tanning salon appointment

1pm - payroll

1:10pm - check email

1:20pm - finish putting up new items on wall

1:30pm - make price labels for said new items

1:39pm - employee goes to lunch while I watch register

2:00pm - work on vendor order

2:30pm - from this point on I pretty much just clean random things, stock and run the cash register

3:00pm - snack (apple)

3:15pm - would not sell an item to a customer as I did not think he was authorized to buy it. I look it up later to find out I was wrong and I feel horrible about this mistake for the rest of my work day.

5:00pm - begin preparations to close

5:30pm - close store

5:35pm - due to lack of customers, we finish up early and get out by this time

6:00pm - dinner (salad and shrimp)

watching Oprah

7:00pm - surfing the internet

8:00pm - more food ( broccoli and Boca Burgers)

9:00pm - bedtime

insomnia strikes yet again and before the night is over I consume the following:

*ATKINS shake
*two whole wheat tortillas topped with non fat mayo and non fat cheese
*one piece of cheese
*1/2c of Fiber One cereal
*2 pickles

So I mean I've done worse but the best thing would be if I could go to bed and stay in bed.
